The Magic of Solidifying one's Emotions

Really? Who does that?

This would be the reaction of many people who haven't experienced the magical world, where all the thoughts and feelings find a new horizon to mark their presence in the eternity. It is that elusive art of solitude which teaches us  how to be present with our own selves, bear witness to our experiences, and fully cherish this private art .
                                                         Also in life some times we experience moments of ultimate joy,or  intense love, or sudden realization (deja vu) when we accidentally come across such incident, place or person which we feel to have already seen or felt sometime in the past ,or may be simply want some random idea to be noted down as however absurd it may seem, we still prioritize it simply because it is ours.

Psychologists have already accepted the fact that writing diaries help people to reduce their stress and be more clear and relaxed in their thought process .

HEALING THE SELF THROUGH WRITING JOURNAL...

1. Start writing anything you wish to . At first let it be simple and easy going . Just try to pen down your thoughts your feelings or anything that bothers you .
2. If you want to keep it a secret, nothing wrong in that . Let it be up to you .
3. While talking to yourself through writing you need not to follow any boundaries or rules . You are free as a soul and you are not subjected to any explanation to any one .
